I ordered a jailbirds shirt and a skeleton hand hairclip from her. Hairclip showed up broken, jailbirds was too small.

Sent my stuff back for an exchange after contacting her and getting the OK. Guess what? She never sent anything back and stopped responding to my e-mails. I have the e-mails still if anyone would like to see them.

Interestingly enough, when I went to write a review on her website, my account info had been deleted apparently.

*UPDATE
I sent her an e-mail last night saying I wanted a refund or I was going to take the complaint to pay pal. She gave me a refund (to the wrong paypal account...She sent it to my e-mail, which doesn't exist in paypal. The paypal I was using was my brothers. But whatever.)

Anyway, she said she was not trying to ignore my e-mails and of course she had a death in the family.

I'm not calling her a liar. I AM annoyed that she had time to keep her website open for business, change the layout, and not take the time to reply to a single e-mail to let me know that she was going to be late with sending out the package.

Wow. This is um....awkward. I don't know what to do. She sent me out a QUICK apology (a few hair clips) in the mail and said it was a peace offering even if I was a "nasty little scant" in my last e-mail. I kind of don't want her hair clips.

BUT allow me to show you my e-mails and you can be the judge of just how "nasty" I was. E-mails start with her telling me she'll send my exchange out:

I just had a death in my family so Ive been out of town and havent even checked my email so I havent been "ignoring" your emails. Now, perhaps I was slightly mean in my last e-mail, but that was after waiting for a straight month with no replies and no items. What would you think? I thought I was patient and fair enough. I'm annoyed that if she did have a death in the family, she managed to update the layout on her website completely. I'm annoyed that she couldn't have taken literally two minutes to write the situation, which makes me a nasty person for getting annoyed of having ignored e-mails for a month. I'm annoyed because I work in my family's business, and we have a similar situation, but we have not taken an approach of putting off any orders.

Libertine Red and Cream Blazer
Got this in a trade. I thought it might be too large, but actually ended up being too tight around the chest! I'm pretty sad about it actually. It was brand new with tags still attached when I got it. I took the tags off, but it's still new. I've only tried it on. Has a nice red lining with a large rose screen printing. A true size small in my opinion. $15

Dominion Armband Shirt by Heavy Red
Discontinued. Size large, but can probably fit a medium. From 2004 or 2005. Very good condition. Only a few loose threads around the thumbholes. I only wore it a few times. Has thumbholes, textured "gloves" and collar, and attached armbands. Very soft. The white dots are from my camera and the shirt does not have white marks on it. It retailed between $52-54 range.

Acrylic Pink and Black EC Star Shirt
Very comfortable and soft. Never worn. 100% acrylic. Size small, but has enough stretch to fit a medium as well. It would be $14 after shipping within the US on EC Star. I'll sell it for $8 shipped in the US.

Tripp Skull Corset Top
Worn a few times last summer, but in good condition. Size xs, but can fit a small comfortably as it's adjustable with the corseting (two rows of corseting on the front waist, and corseting down back). Adjustable straps that can also be removed. Love this piece, but it's not my style anymore.

Rockin Bones Red Ruffle Shirt
I really like this shirt, but it's too big. I followed the site's sizing chart and got a medium, but this fits like a large (would be good for 30 inch waists). I only wore it a few times, but there's a very tiny hole on the back (I took a picture of the damage, which is linked above) and some tiny black spots I think is ink from the screen printing (also pictured). Rockin Bones garments are hand made and silk screened. I think this particular shirt isn't made by them anymore.

Plaid Vest
Worn once, size medium. Bought on impulse, but it doesn't go with anything I own. Stretchy and can fit up to a small D. I wear a 34C/32D and I wouldn't go any larger than that for this vest.

Plaid Corset
Hasn't been worn in almost two years. No flaws other than some slight pilling on a couple of spots on the red plaid. Zips up the front, has adjustable corset lacing on the back. Straps are adjustable as well. Size medium, but can fit between a 26 inch waist fully laced to probably a 30 or 31 inch waist with the lacing undone

Bought this hoodie about a week before I got into blazers. Good condition, size small but could fit a small medium (like myself). 3/4 sleeves. No flaws that I know of. Detailed, pretty owl pattern. Front zipper and pockets.

Small EC Star Military Shirt
I LOVE this shirt, but it does not fit my chest. There's a gap when I button it. EC Star cuts their stuff on the small side, so this shirt will best fit someone who is small and short. This shirt has a sewn on armband and d-rings on the shoulders. I have two of these shirts, one in small and one in medium. They say dry clean only, but I have hand washed them in cold water and haven't noticed any change in them. This shirt has always been cut on the small side and the medium shirt I have still fits perfectly. But I thought I would mention it anyway.

Express Animal Print Babydoll Shirt
It also doesn't fit me well as it's too tight at my arms. Size XS, but I think it'll fit a small better. Black on black animal print, kind of looks like leopard. It's a bit wrinkly from laying around for so long. No flaws that I know of other than the wrinkles. I gave it a light ironing (I suck at getting out wrinkles). I'll try to give it another one before sending it out. :D It has ties around the back to make it more fitted at the waist. $9

Camera T-shirt
This shirt is more in between a mint and pistachio color, but the light really bleached it out in the picture. It's never been worn. I go in between a small and medium and this shirt is a true small (basically, too small for me). Only flaw is a tiny, tiny brown spot under the camera print. I have included a picture. $4

Size small. Worn, but good condition. The screen printing has a few cracks in it. I tried to get a picture of it, but it didn't show up. $4

Floral Vintage dress circa 1930's
My friend got this dress from an antique store. It retailed for $35. Definitely old. Sheer collar, blue grey colored dress with floral print and butterfly sleeves. Has pockets, lined in a contrasting fabric. Buttons all the way down. Has some wear to it (have a picture of some of it linked above) and unfinished hem. This is old and hand made. The inside of it looks quite rough, but this dress is definitely in a wearable condition. Size med-large. I will get the measurements tonight. Reminds me of the kinder whore look. $10

Black Blue Bondage Skirt
These are probably five years old. I haven't worn them in years and they're too big for me now. I took every single tag, including the designer off for some reason when I got it. But it measures a little over 15 inches across the waist.
Has bondage straps, grommets with safety pins, pockets with d-rings, and two zips at the front.
They look kind of faded, but are actually dyed a blue black. I honestly thought they were supposed to be a dark navy when I got them, but the tag said black. Or at least, they look kind of blue in my opinion anyway. Some black dye could fix this. $7

Floral Lolita Tulle Skirt
Adorable skirt. It never fit me correctly and has never been worn. Pastel, country Victorian striped floral print and neon green tulle detail. I've hand washed it since it was by some old dirt clothes, so it's a little wrinkly. But I'll iron it. Size 5. $10

Lip Service Vatican Vixens skirt
I had to seriously consider if I wanted to put this up for sale or not. Love this skirt, but I'm really in need of money and I never wear it. Bought this from another user on LJ, so it's been worn by them but they kept it in good condition. Made of panels that can zip up or down all around. Size large, but I think it could fit a medium as well since Lip Service tends to size on the small side. $25

Azrael's Accomplice steel boned corset
Sample from Azrael's Accomplice. Gorgeous. I had planned on having the sleeves taken in, but I don't have the money to spend on altering a piece of clothing I won't get the chance to wear very often. Steel boned, lined, has puffed sleeves and a modesty flap. Elastic in the shoulders of the puff sleeved that can be worn off the shoulders if you want. Sewn on hearts (could be easily taken off if you don't like them). Measurements- Bust: 34-37
Waist: 26-30
Hips: 34-38
Worn once for a fashion show, and I've never worn it. Only tried it on.

Pointed toe heeled flats
Got these from another LJ user, so they're worn but in very good condition. I've never worn them, but I have tried them on. I got them to go with a dress, but found another pair of shoes to use instead. I think they're a size 6.5, but I can fit into them and I'm a size 7. They are a tad tight, but I think they're wearable. Very pointed toe with a slight heel to add a tad bit of height. The heel is not quite as high as it looks in the picture. It's a tad more flat. $7

High Heeled Peep Toe Booties
Adore these, but I'm not used to walking in heels these high. Never worn, new, and only tried on to see if I could walk in them around the house. Size 7. They are a tad over 4 inches measured from the very back of the heel. Trade similar shoes with a shorter heel or sell for $14

Lace Red Stained Mary Jane Heels
Lace maryjane heels, worn once for photos. They have an incomplete red staining to them that creeps into the inner sides of the shoe for kind of a dark edge to the shoes. Bought them on kind of an impulse because they were so pretty and comfy when I tried them on, but honestly the way the strap looks bothers me. They don't go straight across like normal mary janes, but curve over your foot at an angle. Size 7 $10

Ate about a billion calories at the fair. Eh. Also, I'm now broke. Don't wanna go again. Need to buy another liner pencil.

I know how I want to fix my tat now. I've got a red A on the back of my neck, and the guy who did it made some the loops too close together so the inkless space in the middle of the loops look like they've got some ink in them. I think I'm going to get black vines in the background to fill in those spaces and make the loops look farther apart. I kind of want it to look like the first letter in a book where it's very large and elaborate and the rest of the words are in plain text.
